The experience is not limited to the 3 museums, the 75 delegates will enjoy an unforgettable cocktail under the mythic SR71 Blackbird, and a gala dinner directly seated under the Concorde within the Museum, among other things.


  • A night in the middle of the prestigious Cambridge University campus.
    EBAA has privatized the Moller Center, a State-of-the-Art multi-award winning conference venue, offering a full hotel experience and where the conference part will take place. Founded as a Centre of Excellence, it has been consistently voted the Best UK Management Training Centre at the M&IT Awards. 


  • All catering during the event: welcome lunch, refreshments, cocktails, dinner, breakfast.

  • All transportation between Duxford and Cambridge, in VIP coaches specially booked for the delegates. The parking at the Moller Centre is included as well.

    One delegate will win an aviation painting by Arthur THOMAS, Official Air & Space Painter in the French Air Forces. The winner will have the possibility to choose the subject of the painting, the painting will be realized and delivered in the months following the event.
