    Carlos BRANA has been appointed on July 1st 2019, as Senior Executive Vice President, Civil Aircraft at DASSAULT AVIATION. The Civil Aircraft department is in charge of the marketing, sales and support of Falcon aircraft.
    Carlos joined DASSAULT AVIATION (headquarter in France) in 1984 as an engineer in the design office where he worked on the RAFALE demonstrator, the MIRAGE F1 and the MIRAGE 2000 programs. After his MBA, he was appointed as contract manager for Qatar and Taiwan MIRAGE 2000-5 contracts and entered the military jet sales force in 1998. In that position, he led the negotiation team for the RAFALE in Korea and was then appointed as Middle East Vice President for military sales.
    Carlos joined DASSAULT FALCON JET in 2005 (DASSAULT AVIATION owned company based at Teterboro, New-Jersey) as Director of Sales for Asia, and then became Vice President and CEO’s assistant before being appointed as Vice President of Contracts & Specifications in 2008. In that role, he oversaw the Specification team, the Contract team and the Customer Completions Administrators who are taking care of the completion follow-up and the delivery of the aircraft.
    In August 2013, Carlos is promoted as Senior Vice President of Teterboro Operations, responsible for the Customer Service, Finance, Contracts & Specifications departments. He also oversaw DASSAULT AIRCRAFT SERVICES in charge of the Dassault-owned Service Centers in the western hemisphere.
    On October 2016, he is appointed Senior Vice President Civil Aircraft to assist former Senior Executive Vice President, Civil Aircraft, particularly on the worldwide sales and marketing fields.
    Carlos is graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Paris in 1982 where he received his engineering degree. He also has an MBA from HEC (France).

    Sébastien Couturier joined Groupe ADP (Aéroports de Paris), after graduating from the Sorbonne and obtaining a master's degree in air transport management (IFURTA). Since then, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in operational management, construction engineering, safety and risk management. He then headed Groupe ADP innovation department, initiating the Innovation Hub program, a multidisciplinary entity reporting to the CEO. In 2019, Sébastien Couturier launched the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) program with the aim of promoting this new mobility service in the Parisian region.

    In October 2021, he was appointed Director of Paris-le Bourget airport and general aviation airfields. Sébastien Couturier is a board member of the aeronautical training organization AFMAE and of the national Air and Space museum of France.

    Jan-Christoph Oetjen is a German Liberal Member of the European Parliament from Rotenburg, Lower Saxony, Germany. He was re-elected for the 10th term of the European Parliament (2024 - 2029), after having been elected in the 9th term (2019 - 2024). He is a member of the TRAN Committee and TRAN Coordinator for the Renew Europe Group. He is a substitute member of the LIBE and DROI committees.

    From 2004 to 2019, he served for three legislative terms in the State Parliament of Lower Saxony. During this time, Jan-Christoph Oetjen became an expert in the field of migration & asylum and agriculture. He has been a member of the German liberal party Free Democrat Party  (Freie Demokratische Partei, FDP) since 1995 and leads the work of his party in the European Parliament in the areas of transport. Furthermore, he is working on migration and asylum, Schengen, human rights, and development cooperation with Africa.

    Kyle Martin joined GAMA in 2016, currently in the role of Vice President, European Affairs. Kyle manages the European office of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, based in Brussels, Belgium to represent the interests of general aviation, business aviation, rotorcraft and advanced air mobility sectors.

    He is responsible for GAMA's activities in Europe including safety, airworthiness, maintenance, operations and sustainability. He works closely with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and serves on several of the Agency’s advisory groups, as well as working with other leading international regulators. He has recently served on the European Commission’s Drone Leaders Group and continues to serve on the UK’s Jet Zero Council, and co-chairs the EU Alliance for Zero Emission Aviation’s (AZEA) Future Flight Network Working Group.

    Prior to joining GAMA, Kyle worked at the Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) and before that he served in various engineering roles at Rolls-Royce for over 10 years. A native of Northern Ireland, he received his master’s degree with honours in aeronautical engineering from the University of Bristol and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng).

    Damien Meadows is the advisor on European and International Carbon Markets at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Climate Action. He has been involved in developing market-based responses to climate change since 2000, including as the first Head of the European Commission’s unit for the International Carbon Market, Aviation and Maritime. He has worked on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of the EU ETS, ratification of the Kyoto Protocol and other climate-related legislation, and was Deputy Head of the unit responsible for the EU ETS from 2006 to 2010. He also worked on the negotiation and adoption of the REACH law that comprehensively reformed EU chemicals regulation. Before joining the European Commission, he was a solicitor in the UK, working for the UK government and in private practice, as well as for the UNFCCC Secretariat at COP4.

    David Van Den Langenbergh has over 35 years of experience in business and commercial aviation. A native of Schoten, Belgium, David, 53, was Airworthiness Manager of Belgium-based Abelag Aviation, which he joined in 2006 as head of Part 145 repair station maintenance. Prior to that, he worked for ten years as line and base maintenance manager at Lufthansa Technik and Delta. His early years were spent in general aviation, first at Bossaerts Aviation Service, then Styl Aviation and finally ABC Aviation, where he worked as a mechanic before moving up to the post of inspector. David entered aviation right out of vocational school and is largely self-taught. He obtained his pilot’s license at the tender age of 21.

    David has been a Dassault Falcon Operators Advisory Board chairman for 5 years and became Chief Technical Officer of Luxaviation Group in September 2014, President of Luxaviation Aviation Services between January 2019 and May 2023 followed by Luxaviation Chief Industry Affairs Officer since June 2023. David is member of the Board of Directors in multiple Luxaviation AOCs of which one is the only Single EASA licensed AOC for business aviation.

    David is also accountable Manager for the Luxaviation San Marino AOC, offering an international commercial operation platform for aircraft owners that need a flexible solution combined with professional, secure and safe aviation environment.

    Since 2016 he is board member of the General Aviation Manufacturer’s Association (GAMA) having been the Chairman of the European Leaders Steering Committee for 4 years and an active member of multiple working groups. He’s the Co-Chair of the EBAA – GAMA Maintenance Working group and Chairman of AMAC’s Maintenance Working Group. David discusses on a regular basis with EASA, FAA and EU aviation representatives to support Business and General Aviation interests.

    In 2024, David was appointed a member of EBAA’s Board of Governors.
