This session offers members a comprehensive view of the Association’s value proposition and the full scope of activities delivered for and on behalf of its members. It is designed to enable members to get full awareness and visibility on the depth and impact of EBAA’s work, much of which directly supports their operations, representation and long-term interests. From advocacy and public affairs to regulatory and operational expertise, intelligence and data services, safety initiatives and major industry platforms such as EBACE, this session highlights how the Association serves its members every day — and how this service offering continues to evolve to meet their needs.

The EBAA’s Greatest Asset: Its Members

14:00 – 14:20 | EBAA New Member Platform

The session will open with the presentation of EBAA’s new Member Platform — a central digital hub designed to bring together services, tools, information and engagement opportunities in one single environment. Built for members and with members in mind, this platform is intended to strengthen interaction between the Association and its membership, while fostering collaboration and exchange among members themselves.

14:20 – 16:20 | AMAC & Member Expertise at the Core of the Association

The remainder of the afternoon is dedicated to what lies at the heart of EBAA: its members and their expertise. EBAA exists through its members and for its members, and their knowledge, experience and engagement are the Association’s most valuable resource.

This session will place the spotlight on the committees and working groups that drive the Association’s work and influence. In particular, AMAC stands as a cornerstone of EBAA’s expert ecosystem. Through its committees and the active involvement of their chairmen and members, AMAC has, over the years, delivered substantial contributions to the industry. Their leadership, commitment and hands-on expertise continue to play a central role in shaping positions, initiatives and outcomes on behalf of the membership.

Alongside AMAC, a number of working groups operate across key strategic and regulatory domains, both within EBAA and in cooperation with partner organisations. These include initiatives addressing flight time limitations, sustainability and non-CO₂ emissions, maintenance, flight operations, refuelling and training. While often working behind the scenes, these groups are essential channels through which members contribute directly to the Association’s work.

This afternoon session is conceived as a moment of exchange, visibility and engagement — offering members a clear and comprehensive view of how their expertise is organised, valued and mobilised, and reaffirming their central role in shaping the future of the Association.

16:20 — 17:00
Open Panel discussion and Q&A - Expertise, Governance and the Reform

This panel marks a key moment of dialogue and exchange between the Association and its members. Conceived as an open and constructive discussion, it will bring together perspectives on the ongoing reform, its implications for governance, member expertise and the role of committees and working groups. Members will be invited to share views, raise questions, express expectations and concerns, and contribute to a collective reflection on what the Association should look like tomorrow. This session is designed to ensure that the transformation underway remains grounded in dialogue, transparency and member engagement.
