TO EBAA FULL MEMBERS
Voting will be needed for

• The approval of the draft 2023 accounts and the draft annual budget 2024;
• The approval of changes to the Article of the Association;
• Membership fees 2025
• The election and re-election of Board Members.

If you are a Full Member and are not able to attend the Annual General Meeting of Members taking place on 19 March 2024, please send your proxy form to the EBAA Secretariat no later than Wednesday 13 March 2024. It is of utmost importance to respect this deadline as the electronic voting system will not be able to handle last minute proxies.

Only one vote per Full Member will be accepted
