Marie-Laure Gassier is a senior finance professional with more than 25 years banking experience in France, Asia and Switzerland. Over the last 12 years, she has successfully grown the business jets financing franchise for BNP Paribas, serving both private and corporate clients. She has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the business jets market.
Since 2016 she is senior advisor for business jets and yachts finance, based in Geneva, providing bespoke financing solutions to UHNWI clients all over the world. Marie-Laure chairs the AMAC Financiers Committee.
Arjen Groeneveld is Regional Manager for Europe at Duncan Aviation and Chair of the AMAC Maintenance Committee. He is an enthusiastic aviation professional with 30 years of experience and a thorough understanding of aircraft maintenance, derived from positions in aerospace research, commercial airline and the aircraft leasing industries.
Athar has spent the last 25 years as a leader, aero-political negotiator, lawyer, advocacy specialist and CEO in various aviation organisations and companies, in both the public and private arena. Using his experience in the international aero-political world and proven track record in association management, Athar continues to strengthen and advocate for the European business aviation industry in the Brussels’ arena. As Secretary-General of the EBAA, Athar stands at the helm of Europe’s leading aviation association, strengthening the voice of business aviation in Europe at the highest EU political and institutional levels.

Frédérique is highly regarded in the business aviation sector and Co-Chairs the Lawyers in Business aviation Committee. She also chairs its Advocacy Committee. Frédérique is also a mediator accredited by the Belgian Federal Mediation Commission and the UK Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).

Janine K. Iannarelli
With more than 30 years’ experience, Janine K. Iannarelli is considered a pioneer among women in business aviation and an industry thought leader. Vice-Chair of AMAC, and Chair of the Sales and Acquisitions Committee, she is founder and president of Par Avion Ltd, an international business aircraft marketing firm that specialises in the sale of pre-owned aircraft. Iannarelli also serves as the Chair of the Texas Governor’s Aerospace & Aviation Advisory Committee. She is inducted into the Aviation Hall of Fame of New Jersey and was named as one of 10 “Women on the Move” by Texas Executive Women in 2016 and one of Houston’s 50 Most Influential Women in 2017.

She has a strong expertise in cross-border transactions and international private law issues. She is recognized by official directories as a leading individual in aviation and transport where she advises national and international clients in relation to all aviation and transport related transactions, including asset-finance and leasing, regulatory issues, carrier’s liability and litigation matters. She chairs the Lawyers in Business aviation Committee and is an active member of the Industry Affairs Group of the European Regions Airline Association.

He is also Aviation Accident Expert Investigator, Safety Officer, Trainer, Auditor, IS BAH-Board Member and additionally panelist in Safety Conference. He combines more than 30 years’ experience between Aircraft Maintenance / Quality / HSE He was Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Line and Base on DC 8, DC 10, A300, A310, A 320 He was engineer in Part 21 G manufacturing and technical support He was Quality and HSE Manager in various MRO in France, then QHSE Aviation Consultant in Africa (2005-2012), QHSE Manager at Bombardier Amsterdam (2012-2014) and was recruited by Jet Aviation in 2014.
Amine Ratl is director of Golden Care, a leading expert in providing international health cover and medical assistance programmes. He is Co-Chair of the AMAC Risk Management Committee.
Charlotte joined RDC to help shape the company’s approach to the market and build on the success of their data products Charlotte is an experienced and focused Sales and Marketing professional with 20 years’ experience in strategy, new business development, lead generation and contract management & negotiation. Charlotte has developed and implemented B2B/B2C sales channels within the airport /airline technology sector for several years.
She is now responsible for all strategic partnerships and Data services across both Commercial and general aviation, globally. Charlotte has a BA from Huddersfield University, a CIMA Accounting and Finance qualification and speaks French. She is co-chair of the AMAC tech committee.
With over 25 years’ experience in the aviation industry, Mike Ryan is Co-Chair of the AMAC Charter-Brokers Committee and Managing Director of Vikingar, a consultancy covering aircraft asset management, buying and selling spot charter and carbon offset. Following a degree in mechanical engineering, Mike worked in the oil industry and then moved into aviation, designing flight controls, with Fairey Aviation. He spent 15 years with British Aerospace selling and leasing aircraft on the 146 Programme. In 2004 he became the Marketing Director at a private aircraft operator, and in 2006 he set up One Charter, an operator taking advantage of the new markets created by the Very Light Jets.

Prior to FL3XX, Paolo founded the first seaplane airline service in the southern Italian islands and later a regional airline in northern Italy. Paolo also actively advises companies in the fields of greentech, fintech and avtech.
Co-Chair of the AMAC Charter-Brokers committee, Adam Twidell is CEO and co-founder of PrivateFly, the leading global platform for on-demand private charter which is now part of Directional Aviation's OneSky family. Adam began his career as a pilot, first with the RAF, before flying the Citation XL for Netjets and others. He launched PrivateFly in 2008, recognising the opportunity to unify the fragmented charter market on one platform.
