The EBAA Annual Membership Conference & General Assembly 2026 will take place in Brussels, in a renewed and inspiring setting.

This year, members will gather at the Château de Genval, a prestigious venue located just south of the capital, offering an environment aligned with the importance of the discussions ahead.

AGM 2026 marks a distinct moment for the Association. Designed as a fully inclusive event for all EBAA members — Full and Associate Members — this edition reflects a new approach to engagement, governance and representation. Over two days, the programme has been carefully structured to ensure that the General Assembly is relevant in its entirety for the whole membership.

Taking place in a context of significant reform and transformation, this is not a traditional General Assembly. Key topics shaping the future of the Association will be addressed, making member participation essential.

Reaching the legal quorum is critical to enable the Association to move forward and validate important decisions. Members are therefore strongly encouraged to attend in person or be represented by proxy.
